Our traditional Clerk of Works service fundamentally underpins all the services we offer our clients. Every one of us at Evolve have run projects and construction teams in our careers and we know what that entails; cut a long story short, the times and sites change but more often than not the problems encountered on site remain the same. Lack of clear details or robustness of design, incorrect products or materials used, failure to follow manufacturers instructions or adherence to British Standards and installation issues are some of the factors we come across when conducting our inspections.
